Customiser Not Loading Prevuiew Order

The customiser has decided to stop loading previews when customising order layouts. It returns a Refused to connect message. And yes, I have used this many times before so I know how to use it.

WordPress troubleshooting says there is no error while it misbehaves. I cannot locate a plugin conflict. I also receive the following email.
