Customiser wont load

    Cusomtiser wont load regardless fo what theme i use , 2012/2013/2015 all do the same
    have had php memory limit increased to 128 mb and still having the issue
    Please help, I cant run my business without an operational website and the customiser not working is stopping me from making any changes whatsoever
