Can you explain more on what you’re trying to do? The forms are built to be a 1-to-1 match between your Mailchimp.com fields and the fields on your form. However, there are a ton of filters in the plugin so it can be extended in a lot of ways.
Let me know what your plan is for the custom fields and I’ll let you know how feasible it is.

Thanks Kevin for your answer. I need to add GPDR fields; in mailchimp it comes as a title, paragraph then 3 fields, from the 3 fields I need 2, but also the title and the text should be edited.
I can do this in coding with the field names taken from mailchimp, but as there isn’t a possibility for this in the plugin, I can into issues.
Any suggestion to solve this?

How do you plan on saving the two GDPR fields? Are these saved as custom MERGE fields or are you trying to save them into Mailchimp’s existing GDPR fields?
If your fields are MERGE fields then all we need to do is add the title and paragraph to the form and we can do this by filtering the field’s description. I can walk you through that.
If you’re trying to save the fields into Mailchimp’s existing GDPR fields, I don’t think it will work. As far as I know you can’t interact with those fields via the API so there’s no way to change them programmatically.
