Customization email into back-end

    I have installed the plugin and I need to following the functionality

    (1) When a user send a message then mail send to another user and admin and we can customization into back-end

    (2) again to a user if they have not responded after 24 hours of messaging

    (3) We can set email send to only admin user

    Please help me for possible this type of functionality into this plugin?
