Customization help

Hey all, i really love this plugin..
i am looking for a few things..

1) a widget to display random reviews.
2) a way to group reviews together by information provided ie: one of the fields on my review page is Name and Location.. it would be great if i could seperate them to show all reviews for “name” or all reviews for “location”

This does not have to be on the reviews page but a way i can link to it from another page..
other page we have are Roster and bios.. i would like to put “click for reviews” next to their names..

is any of this possible?
