Customization Not Appearing (Not Cache Issue)

    Hello!

    The CF7 Customizer plugin had been working great but after a few updates it seems it is no longer appearing properly on the front page. I know that it isn’t a plugin issue as I have deactivated plugins and assured cache wasn’t a problem. I do however see changes in the ‘Customize’ menu fine when it previews the site.

    Not sure what is the issue but any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks again for this awesome plugin.

    Can you explain the issue a little more? How can I recreate it?

    Hey Mr. Awais,

    So my issue is this, excuse the delay in response. So when I view my ‘Contact Form’ in the ‘Customize’ window while logged in it looks fine, all the fields customized with the WFC CF7 plugin.

    However, the issue is when I preview the page where this contact form exists (after deleted cache both internally and through my browser) the ‘Contact Form’ simply doesn’t show any customization.

    Not sure why this is happening, I have updated CF7, downgraded CF7, deactivated plugins and re-installed plugins as well.

    Any help would be really appreciated, either way thanks for great plugin!

    Well, try it on a clean install. It should work, which means one of your plugins or themes are causing this issue. Or it can be the cache!

    I can’t seem to suggest any other sol.
