Hi Tyra, it sounds like your theme may be overriding the templates for these. Could you please test this in a default theme, such as TwentyTwelve, to see if the plugin’s settings carry over in a different theme?

I am having the same issue. I have tested it in the default themes. I want to override the additional information tab. It saves but isn’t showing up on the product page.
This is marked resolved. Can you please share how you fixed this? I am trying to hide all of the tabs on the product page but only the Description and Reviews hides successfully. The additional info tab remains visible, even though it is checked in customizer plugin. Any suggestions? I did test in the Twenty Fifteen theme and the behvaior is the same.

hey @desertkristin, this plugin will let you rename tabs, but I’m afraid it does not have any settings to hide tabs. It sounds like you may be using a different plugin here — please deactivate plugins one by one to determine which one is adding functionality to hide tabs 🙂
