Customizations Please

Hi,

This plugin is great. I literally tried 5 different ones today and yours looks and works the best. I have two requests that would make it perfect and easily a premium plugin…

1. Existing customers addresses that were used prior to this plugin being installed aren’t shown. Is there a way to automatically set existing user addresses as default in the plugin?

2. Could you please add a feature like Amazon (and other big retailers) to give each address a nickname like “Home” or “Office”. And on the account page display the nicknames in bold + the full name and address below it. These nicknames wouldn’t be passed on with the order, they’re just for user reference.
