    I get a critical error when try to go to customize theme – I have tried deactivating plugins and even deleting some – The error doesn’t send an email as it should so I have no idea if it is a conflict with a plug in or something else – any suggestions? I’m not sure when it happened – I went back to a backup but I still have the problem but it could be that I haven’t needed to customize for a while.

    Current theme: Moesia (version 1.52)

    Hi,

    The error message is showing some files to WooCommerce, that indicates you’re having trouble with it. Please try disabling it temporarily and then check your website’s customizer to confirm whether the issue still occurs or not.

    Yes as I said above that’s what I did – if I disable woo commerce, the customization
    works – sorry if that wasn’t clear

    Hi,

    To find out what has been actually caused you an issue with WooCommerce, I’d recommend doing these troubleshooting steps: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/.

    I have tried deactivated Plugins but it is clear that if I deactivate woo commerce I can use customize.
    With it activated I get a critical error

    For clarity the problem is with Moesia not woo but activating woocommerce causes it

    Hi @fayebl,

    I am sorry for the delay in response.

    Can you confirm whether the same issue remains when switching to one of default WordPress themes like Twenty Twenty-One for testing purpose? This procedure will help rule-out any specific issue with Moesia them.

    I have put in twenty 21 and it is still doing something weird when woocommerce is activated – If I deactivate woo I can access the customise but as soon as it is activated I get an error so seems like a woo problem
