    Hi dcst I am not sure if I understand you correctly. Are you asking about adding your website Logo in the e-mail that is sent to the submitter through the contact form?

    Okay try the following go to Advanced tab and enable the following….

    Enable using HTML in confirmation email message

    Then add your html with the logo URL in the following field

    Confirmation email message:

    this is for the thank you mail but i want change the email template when admin got the mail when user fill up the form from website at time admin receive mail this email template edit
