How do I customize the affiliate links?

For example, I want to use something like http://www.therestroomkit.com/firstnamelastname vs. http://therestroomkit.com?wpam_id=17

Hi, that is the default settings for the URL links. As far as I know you cannot customize the following extension added to the link ?wpam_id=17
