i use michigan theme wich use lifter ims
is there any way to customize the appearence of the view of the courses and other option which is not included in the theme option?
even if it is paid service ..i can pay

We have a bunch of developers that you could pay for theme customizations. You can look them up and get in touch via https://lifterlms.com/experts

We don’t have any native theme customization settings for this theme (or really any theme) so I think the custom development route is probably your best option.
