customize-controls.js file virus problem

Hi,
I just uploaded my wordpress files to my domainhost, but I’m having some problems.

The following files are being refused by the ftp server.

/wp-admin/js/customize-controls.js
/wp-admin/js/customize-controls.min.js
/wp-includes/js/customize-base.js
/wp-includes/js/customize-base.min.js
/wp-includes/js/customize-preview.js
/wp-includes/js/customize-preview-min.js

The error message I’m getting is

Response:	550-Virus Detected and Removed: MBL_241722.UNOFFICIAL FOUND
Response:	550 customize-controls.js: Operation not permitted
Error:	File transfer failed

I looked at the Malware Patrol website and searched for the MLB# and came up with the following virus definition “Hoax.Win32.ArchSMS.hsgx”.

This is a complete fresh install, no plugins or anything and I downloaded wordpress 3.8 from ww.wp.xz.cn (this site).
I’m on Mac OS X 10.8 and use FileZilla as ftp client.

Is this a false positive?
