    Hi!

I wanted to know if there is a way to reorder the Custom entries in the Admin Bar options, and for each custom entry, in the “Visibility” tab, if it was possible to choose also between online / logged out user as a condition to show the custom entry?

    Thanks a lot!

    Hello @evo252

It’s possible to reorder the elements of the Admin bar, including any custom menu you add through Branda.

Do to this, go to Branda -> Admin Area -> Admin Bar, and click on the button “Reorder Menus”.

Regarding your second question, I am a bit confused. Generally, the Admin Bar is only visible to logged in users, so Branda naturally doesn’t have visibility options for the elements of the Admin Bar based if an user is logged in or not. It only has options for different roles, but all the roles are for logged in users.

Can you tell me more about the scenario you want to use custom menus in the admin bar for non-logged-in users?

Branda as a custom CSS editor that works for pages in the WP Admin (backend). The option is located in Branda -> Admin Area -> Custom CSS. Along with the general Custom CSS in the WordPress customizer, you may be able to hide or show content using CSS based if the user is logged in or not (using the classes from the body element as selectors).

    Kind regards
    Jair.

    Hi,

I tried the “Reorder Menus” button but I am not able to reorder the “log in” link that I added in “Custom entries”, this entry is visible only to “Guests” on my options, that’s why it’s impossible to reorder this entry.

Regarding the second question, it’s related to my first topic here: I am looking for a way to possibly show a custom entry for logged out users and a different one for logged in users for instance, and the “Guests” visibility is including both logged out users of the website, and logged in users who don’t have any role in the current site.

My final goal is to show the same top bar for all logged in users, regardless of the network site to which they are attached, in order to have uniqueness in the network. And then, I can play with the visibility condition of Branda to hide or show each item of the top bar.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi,

All my apologies for the delay of my answer!

Please find here a screenshot. As you can see, it’s impossible for me to reorder “Log In” item, because this item is not showing as I am logged in.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello @evo252,

I hope things are going well for you.

Thank you for your efforts in guiding us towards the right direction, allowing us to verify and replicate the missing point.

Currently, Branda does not support dragging and dropping menu items in the Admin Area > Admin Bar > Menu Items > Add Custom Item. However, I’ve submitted an internal feature request for our team to review soon.

At this time, I can’t guarantee when this feature will become available, as it depends entirely on the planning and development phases. Nevertheless, you can expect this feature in the future.

I highly appreciate your understanding on this matter.

    Kind Regards,
