Customize custom field display

    Hi.
    Display of custom fields is actually very basic.

    It would be great to add this features:
    – Field prefix of suffix
    – Separator
    – Ability to inyect HTML code before, between or after of any custom field add to shortcode

    This is because, if I choose to display 2 or more custom fields, I always get a list of data in same line withouut any separator and without possibility to customize output.

    Is this possible?
