Customize doesn’t work

    Hi all

    After a clean install with both wp and color mag latest versions and the required plugins (everest forms and Magazine Blocks) I imported one of the templates to start developing my site but unfortunately the customize section does not work. I always get a page not found error no matter what section I try to customize (

    I’m kind of lost

    Thanks for writing us.

    While checking your site: http://bellablog.com.br/., I noticed that you are not using the ColorMag theme. The theme you are using is Metro Magazine, kindly find the site’s support from here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/metro-magazine/

    If you are trying to switch to the ColorMag theme, kindly share us the screenshot of the issue you are facing and I will get back to you.

    Thanks for answer me

    Actually exactly now I can’t send you a screen shot because I’ve uninstalled colormag and installed Metro (the customize works) theme just trying to investigate what was really happening.

    But I’ll describe step by step what I did. Please, note that I’m not a beginner with WP.

    1. I did a fresh install of wp

    2. Installed latest ColorMag theme

    3. Installed required/suggested plugins

    4. Went to customize and following the instructions of your doc site, just hit publish without any other movement

    5. Choose one of your templates and imported

    6. After that I can’t customize absolutely nothing. At each try I get the “page not found” error without the 404 error.

    7. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything for about 3 or 4 times getting exactly the same result.

    8. No PHP errors, error logs and memory limits setted to high limits

    I managed to recover a screenshot showing the error. As you’ll see there is not that 404 neither blank screen

    I really like your theme and would love to use it.
