Hi,

Do you have php 5.3 ? Please update it to be at least 5.4.

If you have newer php version and still have the issue, please disable all plugins and see if you still have the issue.

If you still have the issue please write to [email protected] so we can investigate on your site.

The problem is not fixed, i try with 5.4 – 5.5 – 7 Php Version and it does not work.

i had to change the template to Zerif pro, but i Like more “Mesmerize”.

I gonna send you an email.

Hi @paboxc @horearadu

Finally i can solve the problem. The issue was in Cpanel, i was disable Mod-security and the plugin works correctly
The hosting administrator check the system and toldme do that.
