Customize Email Templates

    I’m trying to adjust the email template within the plugin settings of the WP backend because everything was laid out in one sentence when I received the approval email. I tried to add </br> after each sentence, but it still didn’t work.

    Also, is there a way so that it could read first name and last name, instead of username in the email? How can I customize the email template entirely?

    It looks like there is currently not a way to do that, I’m afraid. I should make populate_message() filterable, thanks for the tip.

    How can I customize the email template entirely?

    You can filter the entire options array, including the email templates on option_wp-approve-user.
