Customize email Text

Hi I just downloaded jobs manager and its been great so far, However I have a question on the email set up. Right now when it sends notifications for new user registrations or job applications, the from says:

WordPress <[email protected]>

Where can I go and change that? and lets say I wanted to add some extra text to any of the email notifications as well.
