Customize Facebook Share Text

    I have a simple facebook share buttom wich i add with AddThis service.
    It takes me the title and images ok, but not the text. I need that the description wich is gonna be published on facebook page would be the text of the post.
    I read that Facebook takes the meta description tag content, and i wanted to know if there is another way to make this wihout change this or applying another header.php specific for single pages.
    any idea?
