Customize Feature Not Working

    Hi,

    The customize feature is not working. Whenever I click on it, this is what I get:
    “cURL error 7: Failed to connect to extendthemes.com port 80: Timed out”

    How can I resolve this issue?

    It sounds like your theme is trying to connect to an external site which is not responding. This is not allowed in themes that we support here, so you should ask in your theme’s support forum.
