Customize File View

Is there a way to customize the template for the file list view? I want to put the description BELOW the title and link, because we have a lot of text there. Currently the template uses a single table row, with each item in a column. If I could find this, it would be child’s play to alter it to be two rows with the bottom one the description.

Where can I find this?
