    Hi,

    Here’s a link to an add-on plugin (find the Download ZIP button):

    This adds multiple forms though the Testimonials > Fields page. You can then select a form in the first section of the View editor labeled “Multiple Forms”.

    This was going to be a premium add-on but I’ve decided to combine it with some other tools into a single free add-on plugin. So disregard the license setting, it will work without it. I’m in the middle of a big project right now so that Tools plugin won’t be done for a while.
