Customize form page template

Hello,

I want to customize template page of reservation forms according to my theme and requirement. So how can I do this? Please provide steps to customize design of forms.

Its possible like Woocommerce we can call templates in our theme same like in your plugin we can call your templage page template-functions.php in our theme or is there any hook or action we can call.
