    How to create two type of the gallery on front page with classic thumbnails layout and make this thumbnails linked to the pages with product overview where i need to create custom gallery grid with one big thumbnails and list of small thumbnails below. Please explain how to create two different views and at the same time link two type of galleries in one?

    You just need to create two separate galleries and use shortcode to insert this galleries to the same post or page. According to layout of the gallery with big image: specify in image options columns value the same which grid columns value, the rest images should stay with value 1. Sort gallery images and put big image to the first position of the gallery images list.
