customize hangs since upgrade

    I recently performed a full upgrade of my site
    WordPress 6.7.1
    Woocommerce 9.5.1
    Hestia 3.2.7
    Orbitfox 2.10.43
    And various other plugins

    When I try to customize this, it shows the “You are cusomizing <pagename> but the rest of the page takes a very very very long time to load (several minutes), the browser basically hangs. (Latest chrome browser), but it does load eventually.

    Also, if I go into “widgets” I get the following error on the admin page

    Has anyone seen this behaviour before?
