    Hello;

    I upgraded to Evolve 3.5.0 and have had issues since using the Word Press Customize menu option. I can use the Evolve Theme settings to adjust most stuff but am unable to adjust the Header Image through the Evolve Theme Settings. It says to do it via the Word Press Customize link, and when I click on that, there is just a spinning icon. Nothing loads. I have tried this on several computers on different networks and it is the same for all; a spinning icon and nothing loads.

    This is frustrating as the header image is where all our sponsor images are located. Right now it’s blank and our sponsors are starting to ask questions. Please help!

    It never loads the rest of the options so there is no way to select a image for my header. The theme options work, but takes me to the WordPress Customize screen to select an image for my header. The WordPress Customize screen works for other themes, just not Evolve ever since I updated to 3.5.0

    Hi There,

    Thanks for clarifying!

    It seems to be related with a plugin. I’d suggest testing for a plugin conflict by deactivating all the third party plugins in your site, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can specify which one by reactivating them one at a time.
