You can get close to it by using the additional CSS. Can you go to the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS in the dashboard and insert the code mentioned below:

.menu-primary-container {
    border: 1px solid #A8A8A8;
    padding-right: 15px;
    border-radius: 8px;
}
.menu-primary-container li:not(:first-child){
    border-left: 1px solid #A8A8A8;
    padding-left: 5px;
}
