page on my wordpress dashboard loads fine, except the customize page.
How do “page” and the “customize page” differ?

Well, when I click on the customize tab on my dashboard, it usually brings me to a new page where I can change things like the heading, colors, etc. However I currently only get directed to a “loading” page that never actually loads.
When I click on any other tab on my dashboard such as pages, posts, plugins, or even when I click on a different tab under “appearance” like widgets, the page loads just fine.

I have tried changing themes, removing all plugins, but nothing works.
– Check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message and see why it’s failing. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.
– If you cannot find error logs or if you don’t find any helpful info in the error logs, Enable debugging and post the results.
