customize page (customize.php) is not working

    I have a new website running with WP 5.6 with Astra (Astra child activated) and 3 other plug-ins activated (WP STAGING, Query Monitor, Gutenberg) when I activated the “Starter Templates” plug-in then import a home page from it, then go to the customize page. it gives me the white screen of death (There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.)
    If I deactivated any of (Query Monitor, Gutenberg, Starter Templates) it works fine.
    Any idea why this is happening ?

    Ok my fault. it was a resources issue, nothing to do with those plug-ins mentioned earlier.
    I doubled the resources and everything works fine now.
