i have the same problem with a fresh installation of wp and customizr theme
ANy plugin active?
If yes, tried disabling them?
WP version 4.3?
Enabling WP_DEGUG gives you any error?
Well, is WP_DEBUG enabled now? ‘Cause if it’s not W_DEBUG_LOG wouldn’t write anything, that I know.
Anyway, can you preview another theme so you can be sure the issue is about this theme?
If yes, even if I cannot reproduce this, you can try to see if it’s about memory limits (which is weird as well since it’s a fresh install).
debug is enabled and log file ist writable, other themes are working. my memory limit is 64 server side and 96 in the wp-config.
i also deleted the theme folder and reinstalled but no change.

Generally if the whole customize breaks with this theme is about a memory limit, often when you have a lot of pages.

I seem to have the same problem though my update to 4.3 ended up aborting. I had to revert. Looks like it managed to update scripts in wp-admin and I bet if I return them to prior-4.3 state then customizer comes back
yep…I run 2014 child them. the remnants from 4.3 in the wp-admin were the problem for me.
how do I go about enabling debug in customizr?
Same problem here!! Since I installed the recent update of WP, I can’t load the Customizer. Anyone with a solution?
P.S. All plugins are deactivated.
The problem is that is says “customize loading”… And hangs acting like its trying to load. Gray circle with ball circling inside if it. Deactivated all plugins still the same. Also no I cannot delete theme like I had the option before with previous versions of WordPress. http://Www.123cruise4me.com
Just update to 4.3 and have the same problem!!!
I use twenty eleven theme and with 4.2 I had no problem at all!
Hi, @innae-dojang can you try to refresh your browser cache if not already done.
Can you also try to deactivate all your plugins to see if there could be one in conflict with the theme ?

Anyone came up with a solution yet?
1. Check your plugins.
2. Deactivate all plugins,logout,login
3. One by one reactivate plugin,logout,login,refresh browser
4. Be patient!.
The toast seo plugin is what caused it.
