Customize Returning URL Page

    When being returned after a paypal purchase the displayed information is at the bottom of the page and is not formatted very well.

    Is this something we can and should adjust through css or is it something that should be fixed via a php file? I don’t see any way of viewing these details other than after a ticket is purchased through paypal.
