Customize settings in multisite

Hi,

I have a WordPress multisite install with Quickcache, that is activated for the whole installation. However, I would like to have different settings for a couple of sub-sites.

For example, “Don’t Cache Pages For Logged In Users” is activated by default, and it’s great. But I’d wanted to have this disabled in a couple of sites. How can I do this?
