    Yes, but not in on short-code.

    [tpg_get_posts fields="title,content", show_excerpt="true" numberposts=1]
[tpg_get_posts fields="title",offset=1]

    I have not tested this, but the first shortcode show 1 post and the second will show titles for all the others. The offset is documented in the codex.

    See if that works.
