customize sidebar not displaying

Hello,

I had a great experience with optimizer using MAMP and was thinking of upgrading.

However, when I installed it on my live site it refuses to display the customize menu. Super annoying!

I thought okay, maybe I made a mistake in my transfer, so I started a clean wordpress install but I get the same problem.

Any idea what’s going on?
