Customize social share widget

I write to request a html or css code to help in customizing the social share widget in this way:

A user to click on button and share content for X times. On the Xth time the page to redirect to another url. Each time the user clicks to share, the share counter adds up +1, once it reaches the Xth time, the counter resets
