customize the display control panel users

    hello, I’m working on a wordpress theme that will have some people who will colaborate with materials and content to the site.

    I need to put on the control panel of each person a message stating that a link should be copied and pasted by the user to insert a default image.

    Does anyone know how I can write this message on the screen of each user?

    no one answered my question. I can not wait for it someone solved. I’ll post the answer in case someone has the same question.

    To customize the colaborator control panel just paste the code below in functions.php.
    change the code according to the user’s profile

    function fn_admin_notices() {
if ( !current_user_can( 'edit_users' ) ) // change profile user
echo 'write a message to the collaborator or editor or author';
}
