The layout in the iframe should allow us to control it through a graphical user interface instead of making PHP code API requests. This would make customization much more user-friendly for non-coders.

    Hi Peter,

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback! It’s a really thoughtful suggestion and one that resonates with many store owners.

You’re absolutely right: customizing the Stripe payment form can be a challenge, especially since it’s rendered inside a PCI-compliant iframe hosted by Stripe. That setup limits what can be styled with CSS and often requires PHP filters or API tweaks, which isn’t ideal for non-technical users.

Your idea of a graphical interface for layout customization would be a huge step forward in usability. It could make things like adjusting fonts, colors, and spacing far more intuitive, without needing to touch code.

I’d strongly encourage you to submit this as a feature request via the Feature Request Portal. The product team actively reviews submissions there when planning future updates, and your input could help shape a more user-friendly experience for everyone.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this. It’s exactly the kind of insight that helps us improve!
