Customize Theme Not Working

WordPress rookie here. Got through WordPress installation and theme installation (listify by Astoundify).

Now I’m trying to customize the theme (Appearance–> Customize) and the left-side toolbar is showing but no live preview on the right (circle ball thing just keeps loading).

Am I doing something wrong? I saw a post on this from two years ago but I’m guessing things have changed quite a bit since then. Any help would be much appreciated!

I don’t think it’s a theme issue as I switched back to a generic theme and I’m still having the same problem with the live preview not working.

Thanks Adam. I hadn’t received a response in the Comments section of Envato so thought I’d try here.

That said, I don’t think it’s a theme issue because the same thing happens when I switch to a generic theme.

I’m having the same problem, is there any sort of know solution or work-around to this problem? I’m not able to live preview or customize my site on any theme and it’s very aggravating

Hi,
Are you guys using an caching plugins or CSS/JS/JQuery compressors?
If so, that could be the problem. Also try the same after disabling all plugins. That should help!

All,

I believe I re-installed WordPress (manually, not with the service from my host) and it was fine. I would recommend doing that.
