Customize widget & rating posts

Hi,

I’m helping my brother to make his website, but i’ve problems.

I would like to do three things but i don’t know how :
1) How to get the thumnail of a post to put it at the left of the widget showing it ?
2) Ratings stars are not shown on the posts but on the sketchs of the posts. (I use them with myarcade plugin on a custom page). How to put them on each page without using shortcodes ?
3) How to use custom stars images ?
