    Hello,

I have translated everything in your widget. Thank you for the documentation how this should be done. I pressed saved but the original language (English) is still shown. Also the subscriber confirmation e-mail is English instead of the translation.

How can I solve this problem?

    – latest version is installed
    – page case is empty

    Kind regards,

    Hello BasKG,

    Thank you for your feedback,

What languages did you chose to translate the widget? What locales did you have on your website?

    Thanks,

    Hello,

    – Language: English to Dutch
    – Locales? Do you mean location? I placed the widget in the footer

    Hello,

How did you setup the Dutch? Currently our widget supports English, French, German and Spanish. When your website has another locale ( meaning that your website is translated to another language, for ex. Dutch) different then the one we support we show the default language, i.e. the English.

    Hello,

I setup the language in WordPress > Visual > Widgets > Mailjet subscription widget > Step 3: Customise your widget notifications.

Like is says in your (very clear) manual https://www.mailjet.com/guides/wordpress-user-guide/#step-3-customized-options

    Unfortunately with no result 🙁

    Hello,

Thank you for the nice words about the manual.

Unfortunately you cannot customize your messages in Dutch, you can only use English, French, German and Spanish at the moment. If your website is translated into a different language we are showing the default English version.

    Hello,

Ok. That’s a pity. Still I don’t understand why your plugin offers boxes to put in your own customisation text when it’s not possible.

Thank you for your time and I will look for a different solution.

    Greetings
