    “Page scroll to id” cannot do this by itself. I just checked your page and the plugin is currently inactive. It seems that your links (and smooth scrolling) are handled by the following script:

    http://cdn.jsdelivr.net/jquery.localscroll/1.4.0/jquery.localScroll.min.js

    This script is probably conflicting with “Page scroll to id”.

    If you want to use “Page scroll to id” you might need to enable “Prevent other scripts from handling plugin’s links” option in plugin settings.
