Customized Category Page?

    Hi there,

    Is there a way to create a page that displays tagged/category-listed blog posts; with the page having the following features:

    1. Customized URL.

    i.e.: blog.com/my-own-slug

    2. A sticky post at the top.

    3. Page displays blog previews instead of full blog posts.

    Is there a way to do this without coding? I’m a WP noob, and I don’t really know how to code.
