    Hello, the customiser does not work for me, it just stays white. I have changed the theme, all plugins off, no change. How important is this function for the plugin or does it work without customoizer without problems?

    The 2nd in the mail the customer receives says “To finish signing up, please confirm your email address. This ensures we have the right email in case we need to contact you.
    Your verification code: {cev_user_verification_pin}
    Or, verify your account clicking on the button below:“” but there is no link below.

    THX

    Hi @gehtsnoch3100,

    Try switching to the default WooCommerce theme (Storefront) and check if the customizer loads. Also, deactivate all other plugins except Customer Email Verification (CEV) and WooCommerce, then test again.

    Regarding the missing verification link in the email, make sure you have added the {cev_user_verification_link} placeholder in the email content from the Customizer. Let me know if you need further assistance.

    Best Regards,
    Gaurav

    Customizer dosent work. Anyway is it important that it works, or does the plugin also work like this?

    Hi @gehtsnoch3100,

    We are using the default WordPress Customizer for this.

    Yes, you can first activate Storefront, configure the Customizer, and then switch back to Woodmart. This will not overwrite the settings. However, since Woodmart may have custom theme options that interfere with the Customizer, I recommend testing everything thoroughly after switching back to ensure it works as expected.

    Let me know if you need further assistance.

    Best Regards,
    Gaurav

    OK thanks, I’ll do that. Just one question the functionality of the theme as a whole will not be affected, only possibly the verification, right ?

    Yes, only the email verification functionality might be affected, not the overall theme functionality. Let me know if you face any issues.

    Thanks a lot. I will test it and order the pro version if it fits.
