Customizer container wrap bug 2.0.13

    Since the last update (2.0.13) container blocks are not properly wrapped in the customizer.

    Even-though it is set to nowrap in the editor, the wrapper container seems to get a column-direction: columns; and a flex-wrap: wrap; in the customizer only.

    I have this problem on multiple sites. Tried rollback to 2.0.12 and the problem disappeared.
