    Blocksy Companion 2.1.34

    woo_tabs_type TypeError: t.matches is not a function
    at main.js?ver=2.1.34:6:11954
    at Array.filter
    at Module.g (main.js?ver=2.1.34:6:11915)

    The Customizer keeps spinning and changes cannot be saved.
    This seems related to the fix in 2.1.32
    “Ensure ct-options-scripts is not registered as dependency in customizer”
    which did not fully resolve the issue.

    Thank you for the fast reply.

    In customizer I can’t change the product tabs lay-out (type-1, type-2,etc) because it keeps pending.

    I use lay-out type-1, but the #tab-additional_information text is centered and not text-align: left.

    I have just tested this scenario on my end and everything worked correctly.

    Could you please try running a conflict check by temporarily disabling any WooCommerce-related plugins and then testing the issue again? There may be a plugin interacting negatively with the system. Please also disable any third-party custom code you may have added.

    Thanks for your help.

    I did run a conflict test and i’ve noticed that it only works when I disable Blocksy Companion.

    For now I will wait upon an update.

    I don’t think that assessment is fully accurate – all of our tests have been carried out with the Blocksy Companion plugin active.

    That said, let’s look into this more closely. Could you create a site snapshot using this plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/

    Once done, upload the backup to Google Drive and send it to us securely through our website: https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/support/

    We’ll begin the diagnosis as soon as we receive it. Please note that without the snapshot we won’t be able to provide a fix, as all of our systems are functioning correctly and we haven’t had any similar reports from other users.

    This was fixed in version 2.1.35 in blocksy companion and blocksy theme.

    Thanks to the developers.
