Customizer css load order

    Hi!
    I have changed the css through the customizer, but somehow it seems like the style.css is loaded first, and finally the custom css, resulting in the buttons flashing blue before turning to the color stated in my custom css. Is there a way to change the order in which they load?

    Also it seems like to custom css is slowing my page down: according to pingdom speed test it is only 1.7kb but takes 0.8s to load (mostly “wait” time). Why?

    Would it be beneficial for me to add my css to the core style.css instead?
