customizer.dat ERROR 403 Access Forbidden

    The plugin installed properly with no errors. The required plugin installed and activated with no errors. The OCDI installed and activated. – THE PROBLEM IS:

    When attemping to import demo pages from Dashboard, this error stops the import with no direction to correcting it:

    wp-content/themes/mrblack/ocdi/theme-customizer.dat

    Can anyone shine some light on this, no response from author yet.

    Hi @halfmillion,

    Thanks for reaching out! It appears that you might be experiencing a server-side issue.

    When you get a chance, please enable WP Debug mode on your WordPress site by following this guide. Then, try re-importing the demo content and check your error log. That might indicate the problem.

    Additionally, here are the recommended server settings:

    • upload_max_filesize (256M)
    • max_input_time (300)
    • memory_limit (256M)
    • max_execution_time (300)
    • post_max_size (512M)
