Customizer is gone

    Hello,
    I have a problem on my website: all the customizer options are gone. I see only “widgets” and “view pro version”. :/

    I tried from another browser. I tried by refreshing the page. And also from another computer. But the problem persists.

    Can anyone help me? Thank you very much in advance.

    Hi @gwena_elle

    Have you tried disabling all the plugins? Sometimes the issue might be caused due to a plugin conflict so you can start by disabling all the plugins within your site and then check. You can then enable them one by one to locate the one causing the issue and let me know.     Thanks for your help.
    I deactivated the plugins one by one. Unfortunately, the problem is still there.

    Is there anything else I can do?

    I contacted pro support, just after your message. But I didn’t get an answer. And the problem still persists on my blog. :/
