• Hi, is it normal that when you enable a plugin in a page everything works as expected, but if you load that same page in the WordPress Customizer the plugin appears disabled ? The same page in the Customizer probably appears as an unknown page…? Is there a way to fix that? Thanks.

    Hi @revixi5,

    Thanks for reaching out!

This should not happen — when a plugin is enabled on a specific page, it should load correctly in the WordPress Customizer preview as well.

We tested this on our end and couldn’t reproduce the issue, so it’s likely related to your specific plugin rule configuration. The “unknown page” you’re seeing in the Customizer could be a clue — it may mean the Customizer is not recognizing the page correctly based on your current settings.

We’d suggest double-checking the page selection in your WP Plugin Manager rules to make sure the correct page is assigned.

If the issue persists, please open a support ticket at https://hasthemes.com/contact-us/ with a screenshot of your plugin rule settings and we’ll be happy to investigate further!

    Best regards,
